City of Villa Rica

Current population is around 7,000, which is up from 4,000 five years ago. Current growth projections are that the population could double again within the next five years. In October 2000, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution proclaimed the 30180 Zip code to be the “hottest” in metro Atlanta, mainly due to the Mirror Lake development.  

The City is proud of a well trained, professional and well equipped police department which still takes personal requests from citizens to watch their homes while they are away on vacation.
